The Calico Museum of Textiles, part of the Sarabhai Trust, is one of the finest museums of textiles in the world. Some exhibits date back to the 17th century and include all sorts of clothing items, including saris, turbans and some costumes of maharajahs. The museum is open all week, except on Wednesday, from 10 am to 12 30 and from 14 30 to 17 30 in the afternoon.
