If you're looking for a map of the bars in Ahmedabad and you can't find one, it's not because you don't know where to look, but because it is prohibited to drink alcohol. However, exceptions can be done but only on the account of a "liquor permit".
Tip: get your permit at the airport, from the tourist counter; in the town you might find it impossible to find
