The Raja Sansi International Airport of Amritsar is 11 km away from the city, and, in matters of transportation, you can call the hotel and see if you can arrange to be picked-up, or you can take a cab at the gate of the airport. There are also two bus stations near the airport, from where you can go to the city. If you are planning a longer visit in Amritsar, then it is quite convenient to rent a car. Inside the airport, in front of the International Arrivals Gate, you can find a car rental counter.
