I think it depends on the airline you are flying with. Most of the important flying companies, such as American Airlines, Air France, Atlantic Airlines, have a branch here, so you can book your return ticket whenever you decide you had enough of the mystical city of Amritsar. Also, the Indian Airlines office is located down the Main Post Office, on Court Rd, and I’m sure that you can book international flights through them. Their phone number is 503780.
