yes, try at the New Delhi Tourist Camp right across JP Narayan Hospital. You can choose betw a small room and a dorm bed (which are cheaper!). there is hot water, a restaurant, a bus to take you to the airport (for this yu have to pay extra of course). cooler or TV costs extra as well. But the atmosphere is quite nice. Prices are 200-399 Rs.
