I dont know Delhi that well but the single place I 've been to one night was Djinn's. I really had a great time time: I played some pool and had a few drinks and then when I got hungry I found out they were also serving food. Not to mention there's a band performing live. I spent about 1000 Rs there but I am not sorry at all! Look for it at the Hyatt Regency.
