I guess you are referring to the Spice Market. Take a rickshaw from outside the Red Fort because they offer trips to this place. Your guide will take you all around the market and you will discover there are so many spices that you have not even heard of! If you want something special, hop on to the roof from where you can get an amazing view of the market.
