there are many places where you can rent bikes in delhi.....for example, try at the stores around Minto Bridge or if you don't find anything you like there you can go have a look near Rivoli cinema. It will cost you about Rs 5/hour or you can rent by day for Rs 25. You also have to leave a deposit but you'll have it back in the end.
