Usually, you can find cycle-rickshaws in the Old City. There is also another kind of local transportation which involves traps drawn by horses (they are called tongas). You can use these ones too. My advice is to bargain so you can get a good price (it should be cheaper than the other means of transport). Only that rickshaws are not allowed to go anywhere (like Connaught Place).
