Although the trip to Nagarjunakonda can take at least 3 hrs and a half, it's entirely worth the 225 rupis, in which lunch is included. The coach for these trips departs daily, starting from 06 45 in the morning. Once you get to the village of Nagarjunasagar, you can take a boat to the island and see some pitoresque temples. The boat trip takes only one hour and starts at 8, 12 and 15 o'clock every day. Just ask at any tourist centre!
