The Sanganer local airport in Jaipur is situated 15 kilometres away from town, so it isn't very hardly accessible. Buses are available at the airport, and so are taxis and rentable autos. These don't take longer than 30 minutes to the heart of Jaipur. I would still advise you to go for a bus or for a car that you would rent, because sometimes taxi drivers can be misleading. Not always, however.
