Before or after visiting the fort you can enjoy a walk around the old city. There are many sites of interest around, but the most popular ones are the clock tower and the Sadar bazaar. I believe that the last one impresses by the variety of the merchandise, because you can find almost anything you can think of there. It is a great place walk around and notice the excitement of those around you.
