All the cheap hotels in Mumbai are gathered around the Taj Mahal, on mereweather Road for example. The Salvation Army Red Shield Hostel offers duble rooms for 450 rupis with all meals included, 200 rupis with two meals and 130 rupis for breakfast included. There are shared showers and baths, but the hostel is okay, in general.
