Try the Nukkad Guest House. The rooms are simple, but of good value, with prices strating up from Rs40 for singles with shared bathroom, going to Rs60, 80 or 100 for double, with private bathroom, and more spacious rooms. On the rooftop, you can enjoy a good meal and some nice views. It is located in the Jagdish Temple area, close to the union of lake Pichola with lake Swaroop.
