At Ali handicrafts, near the Muslim school, they sell lots of stuff wholesale. that's why everything is much cheaper than in other parts. You can find silk scarves, saris, turbans and a lot many other items of clothing, for really good prices. I would also recommend the Bhagwan stores, in Visvanath Gali. Good prices here as well.
